My name is Shannon. I am the creator behind Xo Suncatcher. It all started because I wanted to get my Mom something sentimental for Christmas. She used to sing "You Are My Sunshine" to me when I was growing up. She also loves little trinkets, wind chimes, and anything magical. I was trying to think of an idea and at some point I thought, "I'll get her a Suncatcher".

After a quick Google/Amazon search, I wasn't seeing anything that resonated with me or the idea I had in my head as a gift for her. Using inspiration from Google/Amazon Suncatchers + with a lot of help from my boyfriend (who has an engineers brain), we created our own Suncatcher.

I wanted to come up with something different and special for the middle of our Suncatchers. After going down another Google rabbit hole, I discovered resin crystals. Pair that w/ my love for wildflowers and BAM! Our wildflower crystal towers were born -- AND they fit perfectly in the middle of our Suncatchers. 

After distributing Christmas gifts, friends and family were interested in purchasing the Suncatchers (Yay! How cool! This makes my heart so happy). They asked where they could buy them. 

Xo Suncatcher was born.
