A: All sales are final. We do not accept any returns, refunds or exchanges. 

Q: How long does it take my item to ship once I've purchased it?

A: We package, process, and get the items to the post office within 5-7 business days after purchase (unless specified otherwise in the product description). Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier, location, etc.

Q: What if I want to place a custom order?

A: We only offer custom orders on certain products. Check the product details under each product for more information about custom orders. 

Q: Do you offer bouquet preservation?

A: YES! We offer bouquet preservation for your special flowers. Once you have the flowers dried, place your order as normal (we only offer bouquet preservation for the 'Xo Classic' Suncatchers - Large + XL/XXL 'Wildflower' Crystal Towers. Once your order is placed, we will send you an email with further instructions! 

Q: What if I want a flower color that isn't listed?

A: The colors available under each item are what is likely in stock. If you don't see what you're wanting, feel free to send us a message on our "contact us" page. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make what you're looking for, but we will do our best! It is always helpful to receive feedback and understand what you're wanting either way, so don't be afraid to send us a message!
